Companion for Senior

We are looking for a person to provide companionship, some food prep, some limited cleaning, for 73 year old Parkinson's man. He is still very independent and has no need for anyone to care when showering or bathroom needs. He has become a little prone to falls, so he needs someone near. He needs to walk a 1/2 mile every day, and do some reading. We don't need a nurse or anyone with certifications, although, it would be preferable. Full time or part time, room and board optional. Only document we ask is a valid driver's license.
