Highly functioning autistic male, 22 y/o male that lives at home with family in East Bradenton, Grey Hawk Landing development. He is currently working with vocational rehab on job placement at Publix with an employment coach. He also loves computer automation design.
This request is for transportation and accompaniment to his scheduled ballroom dancing at Step Up Dance Studio, Step Up Dance Studio, 1155 Washington Blvd Ste D, Sarasota, FL 34236 (confirm address with client)
Dance classes are currently:
Wednesday dance starts at 5:45PM (lasts 45 min)
Most Thurs starts at 5:30PM (lasts 45 min)
Most Sat 1:15PM (lasts 45 min)
In addition to the above activities, client enjoys outdoor activities that has animals and wildlife. He likes to hike Celery Fields, Sarasota, but maybe there is something closer to his home. He also likes to go to the community gym in their development and work out on the machines but needs a workout buddy for motivation.
Request would be for 15 hours/week to include dance classes, and other outside activities.
