Hours of operation are 8am to 8pm daily. Typical work hours currently vary anywhere from around 730am to approximately 830pm.
The menu is fairly simple and is easy to learn. Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable cooking and staff leadership experience. Catering experience is a plus.
Will be expected to lead a small crew of 5 employees, be in charge of kitchen cleaning, be accountable for opening and/or closing duties, help manage food cost, daily food prep, typical kitchen duties, etc. Must be able to make pasta salads, soups, side dishes, etc., using common ingredients.
Shift leader is responsible for daily Market area responsibilities such as stocking, organizing and cleaning. Must be physically able to safely lift 40-50 pounds, tolerate standing, walking and working for extended periods of time.
Good verbal and written communication skills, customer service and people skills are required.
Must be able to multitask, work at a fast pace when its busy, and have accurate cash handling skills.
