Two years under wraps, this highly anticipated Tampa area Raw Bar is Opening next month.

We have immediate opening throughout the kitchen and FOH. Throughout June/July, we will be continuing interviews, training, visits to local fisherman. This is a rare, honest kitchen. This is a kitchen that lets the ingredient do the heavy lifting. Buying the best ingredients, ones with unique and excellent flavor, a perfect kitchen lets that ingredient shine. We specialize in a wide variety of Oysters, West Coasts to East Coast, on down to a few of our own local connections. If you can shuck, call us today.

Furthering the menu, local shrimp, the worlds best from Key West. We'll share a wide range of plates with these specialties caught from fisheries right here in Tampa. For educational reasons, we will also offer White shrimp to ensure guests learn why "not all ingredients are created equal." You get what you pay for in most food choices. This raw bar will be top notch, and so enjoyable for its love of seafood and sharing that passion. Tuna Tataki. Lobster Rolls. Ceviche or Crudo's. Sandwiches. Taco's. spreads and a wide variety of shareable platters. This location has a cold kitchen and hot kitchen, each with about half the menu.

The bar, headed by the one and only Ryan, will match the exceptional quality and attention to detail of the kitchen.

Initially we will be for the dinner hours, quickly adding lunch services as well. When you send your resume, be sure to add if you prefer daypart or evening hours as that will help us decide on the timing of each.

We have another space seating 16 for nightly "dinner parties." Part tasting menu, part joyful food entertainment put on by our skilled team with a will to surprise. From pastry to food as art, let us know your thoughts. The food, pastries for this small private dining room come from our kitchen, so talent beyond the ingredient is essential.
