SEEKING A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT WITH A FOCUS ON DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOSTERING TEAMWORK, AND ENSURING SMOOTH OPERATIONS.

RESPONSIBILITIES: OVERSEES DAILY RESTAURANT OPERATIONS, INCLUDING OPENING AND CLOSING PROCEDURES, STAFF MANAGEMENT, AND ENSURING ADHERENCE TO COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ADDRESSING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, RESOLVING COMPLAINTS, AND MAINTAINING A WELCOME ATMOSPHERE.

LEAD AND MOTIVATE A TEAM OF EMPLOYEES INCLUDING HIRING, TRAINING, SCHEDULING, AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT.

MANAGE INVENTORY, ORDERING, AND CHAIN SUPPLY LOGISTICS TO ENSURE ADEQUATE STOCK LEVELS AND MINIMIZE WASTE.

MONITOR AND MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE STANDARDS IN COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

MONITORING AND MANAGING THE RESTAURANT'S FINANCES, INCLUDING BUDGETING FORECASTING, AND ANALYZING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE. THIS MAY INVOLVE SETTING PRICING STRATEGIES MONITORING SALES TRENDS, AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TO INCREASE PROFITABILITY.

MENU PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (PROVIDED) BY FRANCHISE TEAM.

QUALITY CONTROL ENSURES CONSISTENT QUALITY IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE AND SERVICE BY MONITORING PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION STANDARDS CONDUCTING TASTE TESTS, AND SOLICITING FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS.
