Xtremely Clean Janitorial Service is seeking an independent, reliable, and honest individual for an over night cleaning specialist. The cleaning specialist will have responsibility for geographic locations that includes the West and North side of Tampa areas community centers and parks.
The ideal candidate must also be willing to perform cleaning activities and conduct site visits as needed. Candidate must be willing to work closely with the Managing Partner, clients and supervising janitorial employees while performing day-to-day task. This is an overnight position and requires flexibility.
Must be willing to work: Monday - Friday with some weekends possible.

Must have reliable transportation, no exceptions
Must be able to commute to and from work and arrive on time when scheduled
This position requires travel to various location within an assigned route(locations are within 10 miles radius)
Must be able to work overnight (8:00 pm-until finished) Times are subject to change
Experience as a cleaning supervisor
Must have knowledge of how to take photos, write text, emails and handle administrative work
Experience in janitorial cleaning including cleaning restrooms, wiping desk and emptying trash required
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming required
Must be a fast learner and take responsibility to carry out the daily cleaning task
Must be willing to submit and pass a state/local background check
Must have two forms of ID to meet work authorization requirements
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must have a valid drivers license
