The Getaway Maximo Marina has immediate full and part time opportunities for servers, bartenders, line cooks, and dish washers.
All front of house applicants must understand the art of customer service, study and be able to speak knowledgeably about our coastal food menu, signature cocktail menu and wine list, and maximize sales through up-selling and high ticket averages. We are hiring clean-cut, courteous, front of house professionals that will exceptionally represent our brand to our waterfront appreciating clientele.
Line cook positions are open for experienced kitchen crew members that are able to quickly and accurately prepare menu items coming from different cooking stations. At least 2 years of high volume cooking experience is required.
Dishwashers are responsible for keeping dishes clean and stocked as well as helping maintain a clean kitchen and property. Experience in a kitchen is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
