The High-End Ranch Housekeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining our high-end ranch's pristine appearance and welcoming atmosphere, which hosts numerous guests and private functions. This position is part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring that the ranch meets the highest cleanliness, order, and guest satisfaction standards.
Lodge Housekeeper Duties:
Perform standard cleaning and housekeeping duties with exceptional attention to detail, in line with the standards expected at a boutique hotel or bed and breakfast
Collaborate with a team of housekeeping professionals to ensure all areas of the ranch are consistently clean and well-maintained
Provide housekeeping support during private events and functions, including setup and teardown of event spaces and assisting in the service of these functions
Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes
Uphold the highest level of trustworthiness and confidentiality when handling guests' belongings and personal spaces

Lodge Housekeeper Qualifications:
High standards of housekeeping and trustworthiness are essential to maintaining the ranch's reputation for excellence
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration
Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation to perform job duties
The ability to pass a background screening, as trustworthiness and discretion, is paramount in this role
Benefits & Expected Work Hours:
40 hours guaranteed year-round, 4 day work-week during off-season
15 to 20 hours of overtime during the busy season
