Blue Collar Burger, a new fast casual burger shop is looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career. We are looking for a full time Lead Line cook or Kitchen Manager who wants to learn how to be a great chef. You will solely be working with Chef Cory Rapp. Chef Cory has trained in multiple Michelin starred restaurants in San Francisco and was a former Sous Chef of Thomas Keller in Napa Valley. Everything we make is from scratch with the highest quality standards and techniques. Days/Hours will be Wed-Sat 11am-7pm for now The right individual can get more shifts if needed
