We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the receiving, storage, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and has great attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
Pick and fill orders from stock and manage inventory accurately.
Package and ship orders on time while ensuring quality standards.
Organize and maintain the warehouse area to keep it safe, clean, and efficient.
Inspect products for defects or damages and report any issues.
Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Complete and maintain accurate records, including inventory logs, shipping documents, and order reports.
Assist in regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Forklift preferred.
Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Ability to lift heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and processing orders.
Forklift certification (a plus but not required).
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime as needed.
