Systems EngineerJob DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement complex systems architecture to technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into the overall system architecture, considering both technical and operational aspects, and align delivery plans with overall project timelines and milestones. Support installation and configuration of system hardware, operating systems, and software applications. Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration details, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, assisting with system-related issues.QUALIFICATIONSMUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field 6+ years experience working as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies Proficiency in designing and implementing complex systems architecture Solid understanding of hardware, operating systems, network protocols, software applications, and cloud technologies Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Active DoD Secret clearance HIGHLY DESIRED Master’s degree in engineering or a related field Active TS/SCI security clearance Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, like CAMEO Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role Experience with system architectures that include software containerization, Kubernetes, AWS, and AzureJob Type/OfferingsThis is a Full Time Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s) contract and intended to convert to permanent after.
