As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilities:
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Work with senior executives to develop the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding, product, and service
Drive competitive assessments including peer to peer benchmarking and market disruptors
Establish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into actionable and measurable plans with clear deliverables
Lead the development of compelling business cases to support the organization's multi-year planning process
Support the team in conducting deep dive assessments of current state and future state with subject matter experts
Identify opportunities and capabilities to create an industry-leading onboarding experience that exceeds client expectations
Support the team's objective to build a model which supports low-friction/low-effort onboardings across a variety of use cases where speed to onboard meets market demand
Collaborate with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams in the assessment of new opportunities and initiatives
Ensure business cases for new initiatives are aligned with the group's strategy, understand the benefits they would provide, and mitigate risk of subsequent delivery failure
Ensure a seamless transition from concept through initiation and delivery execution as initiatives move through their natural lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Innovative mindset
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, able to present complex concepts effectively
A highly developed collaborative nature
A broad thinker who is able to consistently step up to reflect the big picture and drill down into detail to ensure big picture ideas are attainable
Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to take others on a visionary journey
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Proven track record in strategic program development and execution
