Solder Technician (WEEKEND Shift)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Solder Technician for our weekend shift:
Assist in the production of on-time, quality deliveries to our customers.
Checking foot straps for ESD compliance, following process sheets, adhering to quality and safety guidelines, and participating in performance feedback.
Use tweezers, solder extractors, solder irons, hot air pencils, and hot air reflow tools.
Precision, attention to detail, and meticulousness are crucial.
Manage records in the Aegis system, including parts tracking and defect locations, enter scrap information, and perform visual inspections to ensure quality at various production stages.
Lifting bins of assemblies.
Communication with supervisors and production staff regarding findings and quality issues is essential.
Participate in NPI 1st Article Inspection activities and work to meet production and quality department goals.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
