- Effectively define nonfunctional requirements for business applications to help design applications that meets customer needs.
- Should be able to evaluate the quality of non-functional requirements by assessment and performance analysis.
- Expertise in creating solutions/products from business case to delivery and pre/ post launch activities in Agile and SDLC methodology
- Work directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach.
- Take assigned project from original concept through final implementation.
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.)
- Conduct project meetings. Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products.
- Provide single point of contact for assigned projects. Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the operations administration
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive software systems implementation and support, business systems process analysis and design, domain to include two years lead/supervisory experience
- Drive project management activities including but not limited to project planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, business needs traceability, change requests processing, issue resolution, issue escalation, status reporting and lessons learned.
- Facilitate sessions for gathering Functional and Non-Functional requirements with extensive experience in conducting Current State, Future State, Business Process Analysis and Gap Analysis
- Practical experience with different software development Methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data science and machine learning, with bonus points for experience with the SQL language, Db visualizer and related tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
