The successful candidate will provide administrative support and act as the deployment coordinator in support of business operations.Duties and Responsibilities: The PMO Administrator will report to the PMO Manager working within the CITS Program supporting the J6 Directorate of USCENTCOM acting as the deployment coordinator and supporting functional business operations such as Program Control, Resource and Acquisition Management, Contracts, Subcontracts, Quality Assurance, Security, Travel, and other administrative activities.Education and/or Certifications:Required:

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience as a PMO Administrator

Desired:

ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

MS Office365 Application familiarity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint)

Required Skills:

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of deployment coordination initiatives

Demonstrated experience assisting personnel to meet deployment requirements for co-location with military personnel in an overseas location

Collaborate with program leadership, Contracting Officer’s Representative and the CITS Technical Point of Contact to ensure effective business operations in support of the program

Support compliance of all contractual requirements (annual training, certifications, etc.)

Assist in keeping the CITS Vantage Portal up to date and accurate

Assist in managing and updating the staffing matrix to ensure the government and the program always maintain visibility of requirements

Work with corporate security to ensure all personnel are properly cleared to work on the program and all security requirements are being met

Support the CITS Program travel process in support of USCENTCOM J6 activities

Assist with all CITS procurement activities (Tools and ODCs)

Desired Skills:

Candidate should have experience within the USCENTCOM AOR and be familiar with its mission

Less than 10%

Active Secret eligibility required
