Description We are offering a role for a detail-oriented Copy Clerk in Tampa, Florida. This role centers around providing back office services, including reprographics copy and mail services in both physical and digital environments. The position also offers diverse responsibilities such as hospitality, facilities, audio/visual support, and reception duties. This role presents an exciting short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work. Perform work in office services primarily reprographics, mail, and intake functions according to established procedures. Prioritize and manage workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and all projects are completed in a timely manner. Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and place service calls when needed. Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically, providing excellent customer service. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with care. Answer telephone and emails professionally and promptly. Load machines with various paper and toner supplies. Follow procedures to run jobs in order and maintain client satisfaction. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements Demonstrated experience in customer service and office functions. Proficient in procedures and policy implementation. Experienced in answering inbound calls and supervising a team. Capable of providing workstation support and maintaining a detail oriented phone presence. Knowledgeable about hiring processes and scanning techniques. Familiarity with receptionist duties and ability to troubleshoot issues. Experience in managing a facility and understanding of digital technology. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to scan documents and maintain logs efficiently. Knowledgeable in operating machinery and handling paper documents. Experience in quality assurance and ability to distribute faxes promptly. Willingness to work overtime when required. Proficient in handling service calls and managing confidential documents. Knowledgeable about employee perks and benefits.
