Craft innovative, premium-quality cocktail recipes that align with the brand and target audience, incorporating house-made syrups, bitters, and infusions to enhance flavor profiles
Elevate the guest experience by providing personalized cocktail recommendations and incorporating interactive elements and creative presentation styles
Train and educate service team members on cocktail crafting techniques, ingredients, and presentation to enhance sales and maintainhigh standards
Ensure cost efficiency by monitoring portion control and waste management, maximizing profitability without compromising quality
Continuously refine and develop cocktail offerings to stay ahead of trends and meet the evolving tastes of the venue's clientele
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality setting
Extensive knowledge of spirits, including their origins, production methods, and flavor profiles
Demonstrated ability to create unique and premium cocktail recipes that reflect current industry trends
Strong understanding of mixology techniques, such as muddling, infusion, and proper use of bar tools
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaininga high level of creativity and consistency
