Description:

Responsibilities: Ability to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders as needed.Provide technical leadership for the communication hub and delivery platforms including email, SMS, and chatLead internal and contract resources and ensure all SDLC best practices are followedPerform hands-on design, development, and implementationAssist with architecture and technical evaluation for customer communication solutions.Accountable for technical customer hub solutionFacilitate solution design discussionsTrack and close requirements sign-offs in an Agile (JIRA)environment

Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or related field5+ years of programming experience building high quality software.5+ years of experience with developer tools including Java 8 , J2ee .
