This team member reports to the Director of Internal Operations, primarily supporting operations but also assisting major gift fundraisers.This team member supports the Foundation’s regional operations through weekly gift deposits and entry, coordinating and submitting invoices, creating reports and presentations for the department’s leadership team, daily duties in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, assisting fundraisers through Grateful Patient operations services, and other responsibilities that help the Foundation team streamline processes and procedures while driving progress and meeting goals.The value you’ll bring to the team:
Manage gift processing including deposits and gift entry using Raiser’s Edge.
Generate gift acknowledgements, including year-end tax receipts.
Submit vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate coding, to AP and serve as team lead for managing any issues with payment.
Assist with KPI reporting and tracking.
Create new vendors/suppliers in system.
