We have also received certification by The Joint Commission in collaboration with the American Stroke Association as a Primary Stroke Center.The role you’ll contribute:Energetic, passionate Internal Operations Coordinator on our AdventHealth Foundation West Florida team! This team member reports to the Director of Internal Operations, primarily supporting operations but also assisting major gift fundraisers.This team member supports the Foundation’s regional operations through weekly gift deposits and entry, coordinating and submitting invoices, creating reports and presentations for the department’s leadership team, daily duties in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, assisting fundraisers through Grateful Patient operations services, and other responsibilities that help the Foundation team streamline processes and procedures while driving progress and meeting goals.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Manage gift processing including deposits and gift entry using Raiser’s Edge.

Generate gift acknowledgements, including year-end tax receipts.

Submit vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate coding, to AP and serve as team lead for managing any issues with payment.

Assist with KPI reporting and tracking.

Create new vendors/suppliers in system.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.· Two or more years of experience in development operations.· Project management and coordination experience.This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
