Recruitment, onboarding including orientation & facilities tour

Payroll processing, absence management, benefit pay

Administer disciplinary write ups and assist supervisors with ensuring policy adherence, performance improvement and conflict resolution

Record maintenance involving new hire documentation, termination, write ups, file audits, verification of employment requests, annual performance evaluations

Benefits administration support (health insurance, 401k, other plans)

Review and suggest updates to policies / handbook

Safety training and development; complete incident reports

Create, translate, distribute HR related memos and notices

Assist with gathering and submitting data for annual reports

Assist with answering the telephone as a back up to receptionist

Assist with supplies ordering / replenishment

Support other functions as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

ADP-HR (2 years of experience is preferred)

Organizational Skills

HRIS (1 year of experience is required)

HRMS

Scheduling (2 years of experience is required)

Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)

OSHA

Workers Compensation (1 year of experience is preferred)

Compliance

New Hire orientations

Employee Relations (1 year of experience is required)

Payroll (2 years of experience is preferred)

Paylocity

SAP
