We have also received certification by The Joint Commission in collaboration with the American Stroke Association as a Primary Stroke Center.The ro le you’ll contribute:The CMI Manager is responsible for deploying both the mission alignment, integration and engagement plan as well as delivering spiritual care in the AdventHealth outpatient setting through consultative promotion, training, and approved in-practice mission initiatives.The Alignment piece includes monitoring systems to assess program effectiveness and impact on key performance indicators, deploying mission selection, onboarding and relational initiatives, working with local and corporate leadership in establishing provider mission integration plans and coaching providers through mission integration and engagement.The Practice Integration piece includes training providers and outpatient entities to conduct Faith in Practice spiritual screening assessments and developing and supporting Spiritual Care Teams. The CMI Manager will continue to expand their territory through recruiting and business development activities such as generating new leads, presenting CMI initiatives to key leaders and providers, maintaining relationships and following up after presentation(s). The CMI Manager will also train, implement and support additional CMI initiatives such as CREATION Health, Spiritual Ambassadors, and Spiritual Leadership Development as indicated by AdventHealth leadership. CMI Manager’s will manage their territory to maximize growth of CMI initiatives. The CMI Manager will conduct regularly scheduled practice visits and maintain documentation of field activity by managing and tracking required metrics. Additionally, Managers will establish relationships with diverse community faith leaders to create a network of support for patients in their chosen faith tradition.The val ue you’ll bring to the team:· Works with local administration team to customize CMI initiatives for the local entity(ies).· Works with AdventHealth Director of Physician Well-Being and Engagement who provides designed, developed program training and resources needed.· Operationalizes the Mission Onboarding program.· Facilitates mission orientation presentation.· Works with local leadership and physicians to personalize Mission Integration Plans and schedule necessary meetings.· Assists in the mission integration evaluation process and tracking of completion.· Deploys the Physician Mentoring program and tracking of completion.· Deploys, Supports and Tracks a Finding Meaning in Medicine program in market.· Supports and strengthens existing Physician Wellbeing & Engagement programs.· Oversees specific corporate mission programs in the assigned region.· Participates in interviewing and presenting mission to provider candidates.· Works with local physician recruitment and leadership teams to establish mission recruitment and selection criteria.QualificationsT he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:· Associate’s degree OR Three years of business development, territory management and/or training experience.· Five years’ experience in the hospital and/or outpatient clinical setting.This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
