About Business Architecture:Business Architecture (BA) is an organization responsible for the governance of Business Processes and the applications that support those Processes across Citi. The Process Ownership team within BA partners with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes requirements of how we govern Citi’s Processes consistently based on agreed frameworks.Job DescriptionThis role, Process Ownership Cross Enterprise Governance Lead, will lead activities that cross the BA Process Ownership Team and BA team more broadly, to manage key stakeholder communications and additional activities in coordination with the broader Citi organization. The role will require coordination with other enterprise areas executing the inter-dependencies to BA to ensure a consistent solution. Responsible for executing on overall BA priorities. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally at various levels across impacted groups. Developed communication skills are required to guide and influence others. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding organization design to develop operating models with the ability to design and articulate accountability and operating controls.Responsibilities:

Responsible for understanding the BA methodology to drive the execution and operationalization in the organization with stakeholder accountability across the enterprise

Develop communication and messaging of latest strategy and updates clearly with appropriate level of detail based on stakeholder – from internal senior management, regulators, Citi’s Board as well regulators

Exceptionally strong presentation skills to allow articulation of complex messages in a means that is understandable for targeted audience

Ability to analyze data and summarize to support communications as well as highlight opportunities for improvement

Ability to communicate progress, status and highlight key risks and issues at various levels of the organization and in a timely basis

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience, preferred Consulting experience, in ability to take complex messaging and lay out in PowerPoint presentation to allow audience of all levels to grasp key messages

Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple competing deadlines

Experience working horizontally across an organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations of major policy and relevant risk programs

Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage with stakeholders by providing proactive support and advice on a variety of subject matters

Superior oral and written communication skills, and in particular ability to assess and contribute to the content of key risk and control reporting

Strong demonstrated experience with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change

Strong ability to engage at the various management levels and demonstrated communication experience at different levels of organization

Broad knowledge and understanding of banking operations

Comfortable with providing, and open to accepting independent review and challenge

Should have Excellent proficiency in data profiling and Microsoft Office – particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (creation of crisp presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and requirements documentation)

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent judgment for independent decision-making – coupled with knowing when to reach out for guidance

Oversees multiple campaign delivery channels and/or programs aligned with business goals.

Drives channel optimization to achieve financial commitments, maximizing performance through channel strategies and execution.

Monitors performance, identifies opportunities, and drives continuous improvement.

Evaluates competitive landscape to inform and deliver optimal go-to-market execution strategy.

Oversees implementation process from planning to delivery, including targeting and criteria support, drive calendar management, issue resolution, validation, testing, and deployment.

Manage global routines to enable alignment in strategy and roadmaps, best practice sharing, progress of joint initiatives and investments, and support executive level reviews of initiatives.

Communicate and educate on the breadth of tools and services offered to determine which tools are services are most relevant to local needs, which tools are being underleveraged, and develop plans to ensure the business reaps the most benefit from these tools.

Ensure transparency in the level of tools and service usage vs. cost allocation via accurate and frequent tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience

Track record of delivering strategies to deliver exceptional customer and digital experiences.

Demonstrated technical knowledge and general management skills.

Ability to lead and collaborate with others in a team enviroment.

Understanding and experience across a broad range of digital capabilities, tools, and best practices is highly desired.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
