- Resource should have 7 - 10 years of experience.
- Resource should have good communication skills.
- Should have good understanding on the banking domain and good analytical skills.
- Resource should have experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case Specifications, Functional Specifications Document (FSD) and conducting various analysis SWOT, ROI, Risk and Impact.
- Experience in creating Traceability Matrix vs requirements.
- Prior Client & PTSW experience is a plus.
- Banking domain experience
- Oracle SQL knowledge and Prior Client exp is a plus
