Kforce has a client that is seeking an A/R Associate in Tampa, FL.Summary:The A/R Associate is responsible for supporting the A/R team. In this role, you will also help with general duties such as monitoring and researching aging reports to manage account balances while working with internal partners to provide data on past due accounts. As an A/R Associate, you will work with external clients that are past due to build relationships to better understand why they are unpaid and work with them to provide a payment solution.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage A/R inbox to respond to inquiries
A/R Associate will correspond with customers to verify and retrieve proper contact information
Conduct research and analysis of open AR for numerous national divisions
Prepare and maintain various reports of AR to send out to regional directors
Maintain accurate aging reports
Identify and execute the necessary process of adjustments to accounts
As an A/R Associate, you will send outstanding brokerage statement to clients for payment
Perform daily follow-up with outstanding clients/sales team members
Reconcile AR to the GL
Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Be self-directed, self-motivated and possess strong critical thinking skills
