Job Description:Looking for 5+ years of application production support with strong skills in Unix and SQL.MUST have good SQL skills and good communication skillsMUST have application support experience. This is an L2 production support role who will be part of a bigger team supporting globally. This is a technical role expecting the following:

5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
Strong Technical skills must include (but not limited): Unix, SQL, J2EE Web and App servers like Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, IHS, Connect Direct, shell scriptingEffective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
Demonstrated analytical skillsIssue tracking and reporting using toolsKnowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.
Good all-round technical skills effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
