Sigma Defense is seeking an Intel Systems Capability Lead who is responsible for providing HQ-level advice and assistance ensuring USSOCOM J65 maintains cross-functional awareness of SOF-wide requirements, initiatives, and activities affecting the execution/implementation of USSOCOM’s Intelligence Systems and how they intersect with the C2ISR Data Transport Infrastructure. 5 - 10 years of experience working with networks, intelligence systems, cloud, and data transport.
Possess a working knowledge of the enterprise architecture, baseline strategies, and operations goals and familiarity with the segmented functional/capability-oriented disciplines and proactively engage the TSOCs and Components with intelligence systems requirements, developing and improving process validation of requirements.
Personnel Clearance Requirement:
Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance or higher.
This position requires a TS/SCI security clearance, and a clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
If no degree is held, 10 years of experience is required.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
Provide assistance updating the DOTmLPF Change Request (DCR) based on deviations in cost or schedule and workspace allocation increases. Intel Systems have ongoing enterprise expansion to increase organizational capacity for SOCRATES capabilities and support SOCOM TSOCs/Components mission changes.
Assists USSOCOM J65 in reviewing documentation/taskers, attendance at HQs level councils, boards, working groups, and integrated product teams, and the production of briefings, papers, and other tasked deliverables to ensure requirements definition and solution delivery, support resource identification and execution, and assist in overall oversight and management of the global Intelligence Systems Enterprise and their intersection with the global SOF C2ISR data transport infrastructure.
Lead HQs-directed Enterprise Capability Development efforts and working groups and schedule, plan, and present briefing for cross-functional engagements involving project timelines, team coordination, budgeting, logistics for hardware and equipment, annual priorities, doctrinal changes, and enterprise requirements.
Serve as primary contact for SOCOM TSOCs/Components when it comes to their requirements as SOCRATES, and similar IT systems, expansion begins. Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000 annually. Benefits
