Land Surveying Company is seeking an AutoCAD survey drafting technician. CAD and/or survey experience preferred but will train persons interested in a career in surveying.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare maps and drawings from survey field notes/data as well as prepare coordinate plans and grades for construction staking projects.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Residential and Commercial Surveys
Metes and Bounds and Sectional Boundary Surveys
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Topographic Surveys / Full Design Surveys
Construction Coordinates and As-built Surveys
Preparing TINs, surface models, and contours
High School Diploma some college preferred
High degree of proficiency using AutoCAD drafting software
Education and training with emphasis on drafting, mapping and surveying
General computer skills in MS Windows environment including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
