We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced, HIGHLY ENERGETIC Management Team to run a self-storage facility and U-Haul business in Pasco County. Team will live on-site and provide superior customer service, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. You must be able to work and live together and have the energy to complete a multitude of daily tasks. Team will share property and office duties to ensure that office, grounds, and buildings are at the quality standards we can all be proud of.
Our compensation package consists of a competitive hourly rate, spacious apartment, utilities, gas allowance, and multi-tiered monthly bonus opportunity for the self-storage and U-Haul business. All of this is valued at a minimum of $100K/year. One week paid vacation after one year. Health insurance, 401K, and other benefits also offered. Apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and all appliances.
Qualifications:
Team must be energetic, outgoing, and deliver service with a smile.
Team must be organized and detailed-oriented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team must have strong problem solving and time management skills.
Team must be comfortable performing computerized transactions throughout the day and learning new software programs.
Team must be physically able to perform office/grounds cleanup and basic maintenance.
Team must have previous applicable experience. Leasing, collections, computer, self-storage, property management, U-Haul rental experience helpful.

Resident Managers will be required to have/obtain and maintain current FL state driver's license, as well as reliable transportation, current car registration and insurance.
