The Position
Employment Type: Full-Time
Your days will be spent as part of a team managing our single-family rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. You will communicate with our landlords and tenants about maintenance, inspections and be the key person overseeing our maintenance vendors. You will develop a thorough knowledge of each property, landlord, tenant, and community and build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, vendors, and team members. Over time, you will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success stories.
Compensation:
$48K to $58K
Requirements:
College degree and/or five years of proven work experience
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, and other personal computer applications
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Helpful but not required: a Florida Real Estate license. Bi-lingual (Spanish)
