If this is you, we have a position for you as a Residential Services Coordinator with a great company.

The Position

Employment Type: Part-Time Remote. Hybrid initially while Training.

Your days will be spent working closely with the lead Property Manager as part of a team managing our single-family rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. Your primary responsibility will be communicating with our landlords and tenants about maintenance, and coordinating our maintenance vendors. This is a part-time position working from home about 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Occasionally you will be asked to visit properties under management to document their condition or deliver notices. Over time, you will become a foundation of our most legendary customer success stories.

Compensation:

$23 to $26/Hour

Requirements:

You are an ideal candidate if you:

Are a fast-moving, enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and respectful team player

Self-motivating, proactive, and organized with a strong work ethic

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Spanish would be a plus, but not required.

Good computer and technology skills.

Like having fun at work.

Believe in being “firm yet fair”.

Have a College Degree (or equivalent)

Have 5 - 6 years of prior work experience. Prior work experience does not need to be in property management.

Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Have a good home internet connection and a home office setup where you can be productive
