Job description
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, phone/email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Support the office staff in day-to-day operations.
Answer and return phone calls and manage walk in appointments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) working in office support positions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records and documents.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
