Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable customer experiences.
Your job will include:
Act as the property liaison and provide customers with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
Process POS payments and end-of-day deposits.
Track multiple inventories to ensure office/marina efficiency.
Partner with your Office Manager, Property Manager and Assist Property Manager and communicate frequently to address any unfamiliar situation that may arise.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly bubble up conflicts, inquiries, or concerns.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Maintain store, inventory, and work area to ensure an aesthetically pleasing space for our customers.
