We’re looking for Door Knocker/appointment setter
We’re Real Estate Management Company and we buy houses in Tampa Bay area from motivated homeowners. Typically we pay fair market cash offer and we close very fast.
We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills to assist us in completing an application form (which will be provided) for homeowners and our future customers.
This is NOT a door to door sales position. We are looking for door to door appointment setters for homeowners who would like to sell their property. You don't need to do a negotiation process.
The door knocker will receive targeted homeowner information for his/her territory. Marketing materials and application form will be provided - Professional Appearance is a MUST. No real estate agent's license is necessary, quick training will be provided. Must have reliable vehicle because the location will vary.
Additional Information about compensation:
$5 to $10 per application form.
+ $50 per appointment set.
+$500 to $1000 bonus per closed purchase of the house.
