Lex&Roses is looking for a Customer Success Manager with or without experience.
This is a very fast paced Flower Shop and we need reliable team members.
Full-time available.
Tasks:
- Helping Customers on the Phone with their questions or inquires.
- Organizing Delivery Routes efficiently for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring Calls and return missed calls when that happens.
- Prepping shipping labels for Nationwide Orders.
- Communicate efficiently with the other store and our virtual team department.
- Give clear instructions to local delivery drivers when needed.
For team members with no experience, we will train.
