Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consumers with financing options for contractors
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on-site (no remote or hybrid options)
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)

- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to commute to the office
- Must have a valid Social Security Number and pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
