Seeking a motivated, experienced individual who will answer calls from potential customers to set up appointments. Coordinating appointments that work for both the homeowners and our sales team. NO COLD CALLING.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments
Provide information about our products and services, while qualify customer
Responsible for setting new appointments and managing existing appointments
Confirm appointments day before or day of
Updating lead results
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Data entry skills and experience in excel & sheets
Window and Door Industry knowledge is a plus and will be compensated
