RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with inbound leads and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Manage a pipeline of prospects and track interactions in our CRM
Achieve sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve performance
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Experience with CRM software is a plus

Base Salary + Commission (Competitive earnings potential)
