The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our commercial roofing production projects (re-roofs, new construction, sheet metal, and restoration). You'll be responsible for managing in-house roofing teams and subcontracting teams, coordinating work, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the scheduling and execution of all phases of roofing projects (re-roofs, new construction, sheet metal, and restoration)
Managing and developing roofing crews and subcontracting crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency
Communicating with clients to assess project needs, provide recommendations, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies
Tracking project revenue, job profitability, and operational efficiency
The Ideal Candidate:
We'll know we've found the right person when projects are completed efficiently, revenue targets are met, and customers consistently return for additional services. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in project management within the construction or commercial roofing industry
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term client relationships
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation techniques, and Florida Building Code
