We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO or CFO who can lead our company through this transition—strengthening financial performance, expanding our network, and driving increased profitability.

Position Summary:

The CEO or CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial and strategic direction of the company. This executive will play a key role in evaluating and improving the company’s financial health, operational efficiency, and market positioning. The ideal candidate is a financially savvy leader with a proven track record in small to mid-sized manufacturing operations, preferably within the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to stabilize and grow the company’s financial position.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- Mentor existing management and develop their business and financial acumen.

Financial Oversight:

- Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

- Analyze financial results and trends to develop insights and recommendations.

- Optimize cost structures, margins, and profitability across all departments.

Operational Management:

- Collaborate with production, sales, and quality departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with operational capabilities.

- Implement non-Quality KPIs and reporting systems to track progress and ensure accountability.

External Relations & Networking:

- Leverage existing industry relationships to expand business development opportunities.

- Represent the company with key stakeholders including customers, partners, investors, and financial institutions.

- Evaluate and negotiate financing, investment, or M&A opportunities as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in aerospace, machining, and/or precision manufacturing.

Strong background in financial management, accounting, and operational finance.

Proven success in turning around or scaling a small to mid-sized company.

Extensive network within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire trust, and implement process improvements.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or related advanced credential preferred.
