A new construction commercial HVAC Company is looking for an experienced and dedicated office professional with knowledge in QuickBooks Enterprise to assist with invoicing pay apps (G702/G703), entering accounts payable invoices, making vendor payments, collecting accounts receivable invoices, tracking T-Sheets for hourly employees, and the daily operations of our accounting department.
Two or more years experience in QuickBooks Enterprise
Knowledge of G702/G703 Commercial Pay Applications
Notary is a plus
Two or more years of experience in office/accounting
