We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registered Client Associate. As a Registered Client Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients in the financial industry. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with financial advisors and gain valuable experience in investment management and wealth management.
Base Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (Flexible - Depending on Experience) + Bonuses + Benefits

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Series 6, 7 or 63 Preferred
Previous experience in the financial industry, such as sales or public accounting, is preferred
Strong mathematical skills and understanding of financial concepts
Knowledge of corporate accounting principles is a plus
Familiarity with wealth management practices and wills trusts estate law is beneficial
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Assist financial advisors with client onboarding and account maintenance
Prepare and process client account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and closings
Execute client transactions, such as trades and money transfers
Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates to financial advisorsConduct research on investment options and present findings to financial advisors
Assist with cash management, including processing deposits and withdrawals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests
Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
