Cabinet company looking to expand by adding an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to our team. In this position, you will be expected to perform multiple tasks and functions as directed by management to drive company success. Excellent clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping are required.
Responsibilities:
Establish systems and processes to keep us organized
Data Entry
Assist in processing payroll
Draft correspondences, invoices, and other documents
Plan and schedule deliveries
Perform all other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent phone voice
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Must have an upbeat attitude
Ability to work independently
Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Quickbooks, and have knowledge of ADP/Payroll Processing.
