Dealer Transport Services an established industry-leading Auto Transport trucking and logistics company seeking an experienced Office Manager (Administrator) to join our team of ambitious professionals as an Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll administrator in our Trinity FL office. Position is responsible for daily customer billing and weekly payroll for our company drivers while maintaining positive interactive business relationships with our client's.
Person is Responsible for managing all account billing and payment activity, as well as updating and maintaining client records with the goal of keeping account balances current and help recover any aging receivables.
Our office has a Fun and productive atmosphere with much upside to grow within the company
Weekly office hours can be flexible as we operate Monday - Friday within a 8.30AM - 5.30PM window.
DTS Would like our candidate to have 2 years' experience in payables, receivables and payroll. The ability to navigate around a computer with Experience in QuickBooks and Excel mandatory. Bilingual a strong plus.
