Air Control Heating and Cooling is looking for an Install Manager with at least 5 years experience. Primary responsibilites will be include, but are not limited to: Managing our team of installers, completing sold jobs in a timely manner and exceeding customer expectations, recruiting and hiring top talent to join the team and grow the department.
Job Requirements: Team player with strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, must be customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships, self starter who is able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction, outstanding problem solving skills.
