Description:
Provide computer desktop support to end users and is additionally responsible for attached equipment. The IT Helpdesk Tier I Specialist must ensure that each customer has a completed and successful system set-up to perform their daily activities. Assist employees remotely and in person.
Education/Experience:
Associate Degree in Information Technology or Network+ and Security+ certification is REQUIRED.
Experience in Microsoft office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and understand how employees use the software.
