Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Oversee budgeting, payroll, and inventory management processes.
Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements
