Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for the Sales Representative.
Manage and organize sales-related documents and reports.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales Representative.
Support the Sales Representative in preparing presentations and proposals.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proficiency using Google Docs (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus.
