Wanted: Interior Residential Rehab & Trade Subcontractors

We are a state licensed general contractor in need of quality subcontractor crews to perform residential post hurricane repairs and rehabilitation work. We need licensed and insured crews primarily to perform interior work. We are interested in companies experienced in performing: window/door installations, sheetrock/drywall installation and repairs, carpentry, trim work, painting, flooring, siding, insulation and final cleaning. The ideal candidates will be companies that are experienced in high volume repetitive work that understand the efficiency of keeping a strict schedule. We are also in need of roofing, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing subcontractors. High quality and safe work is required. Work must pass local inspections for code and state program inspections.
