RLL Field Services seeks reliable and independent subcontractors to handle Property Preservation and Single-Family Residence (SFR) work in Leon and surrounding Counties, FL. Established in 2008 and headquartered in Melbourne, FL, we have a proven track record in property preservation. While we typically have limited contractor openings due to client demand, we currently have a vacancy for additional capacity in Leon and its surrounding areas.
We prioritize quality and professionalism, so we require contractors who can provide excellent photos, complete tasks promptly, and genuinely care about the work they do. At RLL Field Services, we have maintained our success in property preservation by prioritizing the welfare of our subcontractors in the field and ensuring timely payment for their services.

Services Needed:
Mowing, blowing, and weed eating
Tree and shrub trimming and disposal
Debris removal
Cleanouts, including maid services
Fence Repair
Tree removal
Securing properties
Landscaping services
Pool securing and maintenance
Board-ups
Roof tarping and repairs
Winterizations and de-winterizations
Pool secure
Additional Requirements/Equipment:
Familiarity with PPW (Property Pres Wizard)
Truck and trailer for transportation
Heavy-duty or commercial lawnmower
Landscaping equipment
Power tools
Compressor with separate pressure gauge
Payment and Submission Process:
Payment is made on a net-30 basis from the finalized invoice.
Direct deposit weekly every Friday after net-30.
PPW is utilized to submit all work from the field.
