FULL TIME PAINTERS, PART TIME PAINTERS.
Experienced full time and part time painters needed. Spraying experience is a plus. Previous experience in monthly apartment turns is a PLUS. Painter(s) are required to have all tools and means of transportation. Transportation and brushes is a plus. Painter(s) must be able to perform the following painting task cutting, rolling, and prepping. Pay rate varies.
Painter(s) must be able to keep work area clean and safe. Need to be able to work independently and efficiently to keep within budgeted job time frames. Painter(s) must take professional pride in paint work.
Subcontractor opportunities are available to small and large crews. Subcontractor must be able to provide references. Proper Insurances and worker compensation is required.
